Ligbox Spec Hub	1c4c460b74	Fix Tickets layout: add isolated tickets-workspace.css (Spec 029). ... Ticket cards had no CSS after workspace JS replaced ticket-row; separate stylesheet prevents infra/proc-card deploys from breaking Tickets again.
